Error & Anomaly Checks
Before an invoice goes out, AI checks it for mistakes and suspicious amounts — and warns about clients with low reliability, based on their payment history.
Smart Reminders & Monthly Summary
Payment reminders are written for each client instead of a template — and at the end of the month the owner gets an AI summary of income, debts, and trends.
The result is an internal tool that turns invoicing from a chore into a five-minute task. Built on ASP.NET Core, PostgreSQL, and Docker, with LLM-powered features wired in through a dedicated AI service layer — every AI draft stays a draft until a human approves it.
