Online Client Booking
Clients pick a service and a barber — or the first available one. The system accounts for schedules, breaks, vacations, and prep time between visits.
CASE STUDY — BARBERSHOP
Clients book through a Telegram bot or a booking page: service, barber, and an open slot. The barbershop works from the admin panel: schedules, staff, client base, payments, and automatic reminders.

Clients pick a service and a barber — or the first available one. The system accounts for schedules, breaks, vacations, and prep time between visits.
The administrator's main screen: day, week, or month view, by staff member or by service. Every appointment carries its client, service, price, and status.
Every barber gets a profile with working days, breaks, vacations, a personal price list, and commission — plus their own view of the day's schedule and each client's history.
A card for every client: visit history, favorite barber, average check, cancellations and no-shows, notes and preferences, bonus balance — everything the team needs before the client walks in.
Cash, card, and online payments with deposits, gift certificates, tips, discounts, and promo codes — plus a loyalty program: bonuses for visits, referral rewards, and birthday discounts.
Confirmations and reminders send themselves — right after booking, 24 hours and two hours before the visit, and after any change — via SMS, email, Telegram, WhatsApp, or push.
Above it all sits the owner's dashboard: revenue by branch and by barber, bookings, average check, staff utilization, popular services, cancellation and no-show rates, new and returning clients. Built on ASP.NET Core, EF Core, PostgreSQL, and Docker — ready for multiple locations from day one.
